Shipping & Returns

We post to the UK and throughout the world using a Royal Mail Tracked Service. All items are shipped the same working day if payment is completed before 10am. All payments completed after 10am are posted the next working day. We also offer a NEXT DAY SERVICE to all our UK Customers at £7.99 (Payment must be cleared by 10am to ensure Next Day delivery)

  • International EU (Europe) Orders: We offer Royal Mail Contract Signed for Delivery Service.
  • Outside of EU (Rest of the World):We offer Royal Mail Contract Signed for Delivery Service.

Tracking Orders

All our orders are dispatched via a tracked service providing step by step tracking details. Our orders can be tracked through Royal Mails website on

International orders will be shipped through International Signed for via Royal Mail. If an order exceeds 2Kg in weight your order will be shipped through a courier service.

Speed of Delivery

Please allow 2-5 working days from your dispatch confirmation email for UK Deliveries. NEXT DAY deliveries will arrive the following next day if ordered before 10am.

For Europe and the Rest of the World, we offer Royal Mail Contract Signed for as our default service – This service take approximately 7-9 working days to Europe and 10-15 working Days service to the Rest of the World. Rest assured we are always ensuring our customers receive their packages as soon as possible. We do ask our International customers to allow a reasonable time for your orders to arrive as we are unable to specify a timescale.


Attempted to deliver – Failed delivery

If you miss a delivery you will be left a calling card with instructions of how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.The card will prompt you to re-arrange delivery via phone or online or to collect your parcel from your local depot within 48 hours. Royal Mail hold parcel for 2 – 3 weeks for re-arrangement or collection. If It is not collected within 3 weeks, Then Royal Mail send it back to us. In the meantime, if we receive no correspondence from you. We issue a refund into your account.



When you receive your order and it is unsuitableplease return the order within 14 days of receiving your package. This will ensure a full refund or an exchange processed. Customers are responsible for paying postage costs and ensuring a tracked service is used such as Recorded delivery to return the item to us. Unless the item is faulty we will claim responsibility for postal charges.

If your product arrives in a damaged state please get in contact with us with your name and order number, you may then return it to us in the state you received it and we will be more than happy to provide an exchange or refund for you.

Customers must make sure the item is not used and can only be returned in an unused condition. Once we have received your return please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they use a signed service such as recorded delivery to return the products to us. Please collect a receipt from the post office as this will be proof of your return should the item go missing. If no receipt is collected we will not be able to help.
